THE FOUNDATION OF PLAYHR

Core is where most women with competence & on-course experience enter Playhr.

It’s designed for players who already understand the basics of golf and want consistent, coached improvement that shows up on the course.

This is not drop-in golf.
It is structured, seasonal coaching in a small, committed group.

WHO IS CORE FOR?

Core is for women who:

  • already play golf or learn quickly

  • want clarity, structure, and direction

  • care about real improvement, not just participation

  • are willing to commit to a seasonal cohort

  • want regular on-course experience, not only range time

If this sounds like you, Core is the natural entry point to Playhr.

WHAT CORE INCLUDES

1) Weekly coached sessions

  • 90-minute coached group session per week (alternates with on-course sessions.)

  • Small, consistent cohorts (4-6 players)

  • Coaching that connects technique to real play, not just swing drills

2) On-course application

  • 90-minute scheduled on-course play

  • 9 Hole Par 3 (Dukes Meadows Golf, Tennis & Ski) and local 18-hole golf (when accessible)

  • Coaching typically across 9 holes (Green fees included at Dukes Meadows Golf, Tennis & Ski)

3) Coached practice sessions

  • One 90-minute practice session every-other weekend

  • Focussed drills & stations based on the previous coached session theme

  • Meaningful & structured practice time

4) Seasonal structure

  • Fixed seasonal cohorts

  • Clear rhythm of learning, practicing, and playing

  • Consistent progress rather than random lesson

There are two Core Programmes available for each Cohort intake. A Monday evening Cohort from 7.30pm - 9pm & a Thursday evening Cohort from 6pm - 7.30pm. Each Cohort runs for 6 weeks. In addition to the weekly coached session or on-course lesson, there is a Core Practice session every other weekend. Please view each Cohort for specific details.

  • Cohort A: Mondays @ 7.30pm - 9pm & every other Sunday @ 10am - 11.30am

    June 8th - Short Game Session

    June 14th - Short Game Practice Session (Sunday)

    June 15th - On-Course Session (25yds)

    June 22nd - Pitching Session

    June 28th - Pitching Practice Session (Sunday)

    June 29th - On-Course Session (50yds)

    July 6th - Full Swing Session

    July 12th - Full Swing Practice Session (Sunday)

    July 13th - On-Course Session (Full 9 Hole Par 3 Course)

    Cohort B: Thursdays @ 6pm - 7.30pm & every other Sunday @ 10am - 11.30am

    June 11th - Short Game Session

    June 14th - Short Game Practice Session (Sunday)

    June 18th - On-Course Session (25yds)
